Cenaida Cebastiana Uribe Medina (born December 2, 1965 in Lobitos, Talara) is a Peruvian politician and a Congresswoman representing Lima for the 2006-2011 term. Uribe belongs to the Union for Peru party. She is also a former volleyball player, having played for the national team for many years and obtained a silver medal at the 1988 Summer Olympics.
